European Swords

Legacy Arms has been listening and reading customer comments about our their swords.  They have heard your concerns and listened as to what you want in a solid Steel-to-Steel instrument, and it¹s those reports that have created our latest product line.

Under special contract with the foundry, we have developed specifications that can only be called Generation2, or Legacy Arms.  The manufacturer is now producing the new swords (unlike any they have ever produced) with all new specifications, and a new tempering process that will truly make the Generation2 (Legacy Arms) swords ready to win the Steel-to-Steel challenge.

They have the first prototypes and have tested them well.  The first test was on several 2"x 4"s standing up and split them with no marring on the blade.  The second test was on a 2"x 4" cross ways resting on a solid rest and striking straight down.  It did not cut all the way through, but it did cut deep and again did not mar the blade or edge.  Then the ultimate test was Steel-to-Steel, with 9 good blows. These tests resulted in NO  breakage or looseness developing in the blade, tang, or handle of the swords.

Yes they have tested them, but they are not done by any means.  Over the next couple of months they will have other outside sources test them and give us a full report.  You can expect this and one other to be out soon afterwards.

Valiant Armoury has a wide variety of European style high carbon forged swords. The Standard Line of these models are forged in their exclusive forge in the Philippines. These are the original Valiant Armoury swords at are historically accurate reproductions of some the most popular models made.

They have recently decided to produce some very elaborate models known as the Signature Collection. Forging these blades in China with the leather and scabbard work done at the Valiant Armoury warehouse located in Texas. These swords were designed by Christian Fletcher and Angus Trim.

The Performance Series models are by far the most popular European sword in the $300.00 price range. Formally known as the Practical Line these swords designed by Angus Trim are perfect for anyone just getting into the sword market.

The latest designer to the Valiant Armoury sword line is John Lundemo, designing the Warder for the Valhalla Collection.
