Depending on the situation this is most likley an error in processing the order. Please us the contact form to send us a brief message on what item is missing.

When will I get my backordered item?

This depends on the production speed of the forges, there is no way of really knowing when an item will arrive. However, most back order items usually take 3-5 months.

Do you ship to where I live?

Check with the ordering section of our site, it lists all the countries we ship to.

International payment options.

We accept paypal only for international orders.

How much will it cost for me to ship to my country?

We have a flat rate of $59.99 to ship internationally.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we offer a return policy for international orders. There is a 20% restocking fee and you would have to pay the shipping to return the item. You have 15 days to return an item.

Yes, paypal is a very secure payment system. The service allows members to send money without sharing financial information, with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, credit cards or personal financing.

Do I pay sales tax?

Only if you are a Texas resident.

They should appear within 5-10 minutes after completing the transaction.
